Appointments
We prioritize each individual’s appointments based on their level of importance. When you schedule an appointment in our office, the time is specifically reserved for you. In order to accommodate the needs of all of our patients we require a minimum of two days’ notice of any schedule change.

Payment for Treatment
All professional service fees are charged directly to you, the patient. You are personally responsible for payment of fees on your account. If you have insurance benefits, the insurance company will reimburse you directly. Some companies allow us to file your claim electronically and will reimburse you sooner.
